We offer a wide range of tools, including power tools, gardening equipment, hand tools, access equipment, and much more. You can browse our website to see the full range of tools and equipment available for hire.
The hire period varies depending on the tool or equipment you require. You can hire tools for a day, a weekend, or longer periods. You can check the rental periods for each tool on our website or contact us for more information.
No deposit is required for tool hire with us.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation, but we may charge a cancellation fee depending on the rental period and the tool. Please refer to our terms of hire for more information.
Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension.
Yes, all of our hires include free delivery and collection. Please check our Service Area page to confirm we cover you address before hiring.
You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. If the equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen, you will be charged for the repair or replacement cost. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover any damage or loss.
We do not currently offer training on how to use the equipment. We recommend you only hire equipment that you are confident you can use correctly. We have some simple how to videos for all of our equipment, and include the user manual for your reference.
If you have a problem with the equipment during the rental period, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue or replace the equipment as quickly as possible.
